FYI, my Xanga is still very much alive. I couldn’t help but redecorate when I realised how easy it was to use Xanga Themes!! I like! I like! When I get the time, I’m thinking of trying for a design to personalise it a little. But that won’t be any time soon!
Now… why can’t Word Press be more like Xanga?? Now that I’ve gotten used to the quirks of WordPress, I know that I’m not getting the best deal. I hate how many plugins I have to install just to have the blog function the way I want and I don’t like the fact that I don’t know enough psp to customise it, and I blame this on WordPress even though it’s my own fault for not knowing….
I am definately a fan of Xanga! I love how far they’ve come as a community as well as in terms of their design and all their available functions. And on top of all that, you don’t even have to have premium!!
But anyway, I’m quite happy with the current theme I have and I won’t be moving back to Xanga for a while. I’m still logging into Xanga regularly to surf within the community and to upload some photos. I don’t think I’ll be giving up on Xanga just yet, you never know when I might feel the need to check out those protected Xanga sites ^_-
