I’ve eaten here many times over the past few years and have always loved their food. The restaurant is usually busy on the weekends, so make sure to book.

Service is quick, often abit too quick that it makes us feel like they are rushing us out the door to allow the next set of patrons in… Food comes out quite quickly too, but is always well cooked and more importantly it always tastes good!

In the past I have thought of their service as similar to your average Chinese restaurant or Hawker place. This time around though, they were passing off a chendol drink with no chendol – no notice or offer to exchange it, we had to request it be sent back to the kitchen and replaced with a different drink. I don’t know abt running a restaurant, but logic tells me you can’t serve an item if vital ingredients are missing!

Other that that mishap, every other time I’ve been to To To hasn’t been a problem. The menu is quite extensive but I almost always order Pho. I once tried their Pork Chop on Broken Rice but I think I still prefer Tra Vinh’s version of the dish. I would definitely prefer To To over Tra Vinh or Viet Hao any day though!
