I’ve been having some trouble falling asleep lately, and it seems to coincide with the date of my departure (fyi it’s this Sunday, 26th August). When I lay in bed at night, it’s as if my brain doesn’t want to wind down and it races over my past present and future. It actually isn’t so bad because it’s made me realised how lucky I have been all my life, but this tossing and turning has deprived me of sleep.
